Spine Care

Spine Care represents the culmination of evidence-based and knowledge-based medicine to accurately diagnose and optimally treat spinal disorders and injury. The Spine program encompasses original spine research, efficient clinical dispensation of spine medicine, and fellowship level training.

Patients are evaluated at the VCU Spine Center where they are enrolled in a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm to rapidly improve their level of function and properly address their spine condition.

The VCU Spine Center similarly serves as clinical lab through which a variety of clinical research trials are conducted both advancing the field of spine medicine and providing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic technologies to our patients.

The Spine Center faculty are experienced in spine and pain medicine and routinely present as faculty at local, national, and international conferences and symposia.
