Description

Walker is medical director in the Department Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also is president of the Medical Executive Committee, and medical director and principal investigator of the Defense and Veteran’s Head Injury Program and Medical Director of the Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program at the Richmond Veteran’s Administration Hospital.

Walker is a graduate of the VCU residency program where he served as chief resident. He focuses his efforts on patient care and teaching but also has been active in clinical research and publications. Areas of special interest and expertise include spine pain, occupational injuries, electrodiagnostics and neurorehabilitation.
