Interventional Spine Care Clinical Training (1 Year)

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is currently recruiting 2 BE/BC, by AAPM&R, physiatrists for the iSpine  program. Each position is based on a 12 month curriculum with the senior fellow starting in July and the junior fellow from January to November.

The successful canidate will enter the program as a Clinical Instructor and rotate entirely at the VCU Spine Center under its Medical Director and will learn how to thoroughly physically examine spine patients, how to conduct targeted and sophisticated electrodiagnostic evaluations, interpret imaging studies, perform precision diagnostic and therapeutic spinal procedures, participate in original spine research, and learn an algorithmic approach to diagnosing and treating spinal disorders.
