Abstract

This paper presents a review of the literature on return to work (RTW) for individuals with traumatic brain injury, reported rates for RTW and factors found to influence RTW, such as injury severity, preinjury variables, and postinjury services. RTW outcomes for 87 individuals served in a supported work program are presented, using a variety of methodologies that have emerged for defining and measuring RTW.
